Summer Fun Part 2

We just got back from going to Disney World with Papa and GraGra and my sister, Denise. We went from a Saturday to a Wednesday (we flew). We only went two days to the parks and had a blast. This is the Sword in the Stone at Magic Kingdom.

I tried getting a good pic of the castle from the carousel ride but cropped the top off.

The boys did great in the heat! We froze like 8 water bottles and drank from those all day long. We woke up early in the morning and stayed from about 8:30-1:30 and headed back for naps. Then went back about 5-11. Next day headed to Animal Kingdom, but slept in and went from 10:30-4:00. Definitely would change some things. First, I would have made the trip a whole week and taken breaks every other day. Like go to Magic Kingdom (especially if you have kids) for two days. Try and do half the first day and the rest of it the second day. Also I would have some rest days where either you go to a water park or the pool at your hotel. It is also better for my kids at least to go early, nap, and go back.

It's a small world in Magic Kingdom.

Mickey's 3 D movie...we did this twice. The first time the boys LOVED it and the second time they acted like they were scared. The second time we sat really close to the screen...which could be the reason.

The Country Bear Jamboree was a Big hit with the boys.

Aladdin's Carpet ride and Dumbo were hands down Charlie's favorite. Thomas' favorite was Peter Pan.

Us entering the park. My dad was a trooper with taking care of the boys and walking in the heat. Thanks, Dad.
